Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and growing a network of dealers? Join us in expanding our presence across Malaysia by working closely with lock dealers, door suppliers, kitchen & bath specialists, contractors, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Relationship Management
    Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers. Ensure consistent engagement and long-term partnership.

 

  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement
    Drive monthly sales through active dealer engagement. Monitor dealer performance and take action to increase order frequency and volume.

 

  • Dealer Network Expansion
    Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage and increase brand presence.

 

  • Account Development
    Work closely with dealers to grow their business with our products through training, product knowledge sharing, and sales support.

 

  • Order & Follow-Up Discipline
    Ensure consistent follow-up with dealers on quotations, orders, and payments. Maintain strong momentum in closing sales.

 

  • Pipeline & Reporting Discipline
    Maintain accurate dealer records, sales activities, and reporting. Track dealer performance (e.g. last order date, order frequency, and sales volume).

 

  • Market Intelligence
    Gather feedback on pricing, competitors, and market trends to support business strategy.

 

  • Professional Representation
    Represent the company with professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (dealer/distribution experience is an advantage)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Results-driven with strong follow-up discipline
  • Able to manage multiple dealer accounts efficiently
  • Comfortable with frequent communication and field visits
  • Organized and disciplined in reporting and tracking
